IT'S RAE RAE'S RECIPE WITH SAVE ALOT:This week at Save A Lot they Whole Boneless Pork Loin $1.89/lb., 16.9 oz 6 pack Pepesi Products 4/$10.00, and Ruffles Potato Chips Assorted Flavors 2/$5.00.

Alrighty, see back in my college days I becamme obsessed with stir fry and I saw this week we have pork tenderloin to work with so I thought why not a stir fry! This week it is a Pork and Broccoli Stir Fry...! =)

What you'll need:
1 lb. of pork tenderloin
2 T of soy sauce
1T of dry cherry
1T of cornstarch
4 cups of broccoli
1-2 T of peanut oil
4-5 slices of fresh ginger root
4-5 sliced garlic gloves

For the sauce:
2 tsp. of ginger puree
2 tsp. of garlic puree
1/4 cup of chicken stock
a pinch of red peper flakes

Directions
Cut pork into strips (make sure they are unison)
Combone soy sauce, dry sherry, and cornstarch in a bowl add pork strips to marninate.
Wash broccoli and cut into flowerets (make sure they are unison as well)
Combine garlic and ginger puree with chcicken stock and ass pepper flakes.
Make sure you pan is hot, then add broccoli to the pan.
Cook broccoli for approximately for 3 minutes, until it is green and tender.
Remove from pan, then add meat.
Cook meat for 3-4 minutes, until it is firm and slightly browned.
Add broccoli and sauce and cook for about 2 more minutes, stirrin guntil meat and vegetables are coated in the sauce and sauce is slightly thickened.

That is our pork and broccili stir-fry! Prtty simple and it's delicious!!
